Fire Cracker Cake!

Happy Fourth of July! I was laying in bed the other night and thought-- wow this would be great for the 4th! But, I kept the recipe and the name a mystery. Well since -- my boyfriend and myself have tried it I can share the recipe -- but I cannot share a pic until I figure out how to convert the new files (its a strange file extension and I'm not familiar with Chromebook's)

 

Here we go -- Enjoy and Adjust where you need too. I did raspberry because I found out I am allergic to strawberry!

 

 

Fire Cracker Cake

 

2 packets Martha White Blueberry Cheese Cake Muffin Mix

2 boxes raspberry jiffy muffin mix

1  ½  cups Milk

2 Eggs

½ stick butter

 

Mix Blueberry Cheese Cake Muffin Mix with 3/4 cup  of the milk, 1 egg and ½ the butter – pour into a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.

 

Mix the Raspberry Jiffy Muffin mix the other 3/4 of the milk 1 egg and other half of the butter – take a tablespoon and scoop it on top of the blueberry mixture. Using a butter knife or fork gently swirl the mixture into the blueberry mix. 

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes 

 

Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting**** (recipe to follow) and blue vanilla melted candy melts
