Have you ever had a Blondie from Apple Bee's?? I think I have created one that is amazingly delicious! This is rich, moist, and most of all it has caramel! Who doesn't love caramel!?!?!
So it starts out with a box of cake mix. Yep! You read that correctly cake mix! This recipe was a "play around and experiment,'" that turned out amazing! Once I get situated with my affiliate links I'll add those links for the products I used.
You'll Need:
1 Butter Pecan Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup caramel
Combine Cake mix, eggs and milk then add melted butter a little at a time. Grease a 9x9 pan. (I used a glass one). Batter will be thick-brownie-cake-like, pour and smooth in to pan. Bake on 350 for 35 minutes. Melt white chocolate chips while the Blondie is baking. While hot, drizzle caramel and white chocolate over the top.
