Did you know it comes from the bible, when Jesus and his disciples are sitting at the last supper and Jesus says, "This is my body, which is given for you." Mind you -- this is after Jesus broke the bread -- he knew his body would be "Broken" (Beaten tortured and crucified.
In this blog -- I am going to attempt to make sourdough bread. We will "break" the bread together at the end of the time and try it out. There's a bible lesson in everything if you are creative about it.
